If your account type is Reseller, visit https://www.enom.com and follow these steps:
- Login to your account and choose menu option Domains
- Click My Domains, then choose the Registered link
- Select the domain(s) you wish to renew from the list by checking the box next to each domain
- Using the LIST ACTIONS dropdown at the bottom of the page, choose Renew this list and click GO
- Use the Number of years to extend/renew? dropdown to select the appropriate number of years for all domains in the list displayed above the dropdown.
- Choose either add to cart or instant purchase to proceed through checkout and purchase process
You will receive an email showing the status for each domain name on your list.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Some domains may have restrictions on renewal periods. The renewal pricing for domains vary depending on the domain's extension (TLD). Some TLDs cannot be renewed through this tool. For those domains, it will be necessary to enter the record for each domain name, then click the Add Years button to select the number of years to add and place the domain name in your shopping cart.
If your account type is not Reseller, simply login to your Client Portal, click My Domains, then click the view details icon for the appropriate domain and follow the process.
