Núna ehf. Anti-spam Policy

Núna ehf. (“Núna”) promotes and maintains a strict “Zero Spam Policy”. Núna will not support, defend or allow any spam for any reason whatsoever. Anyone caught directly or indirectly using our technology, software, products and/or services for spam will have their account suspended immediately, and their account is subject to termination without prior notice. No refunds will be issued. If any laws were broken in the process, Núna will report to and comply with the proper authorities to press charges against the offending party.

Reinstatement will only occur if comprehensive and verifiable evidence is supplied to prove that you were a victim of a hacker, or circumstances beyond your control. If you claim to be a victim of hacking or other illegal activity, the evidence you submit must include a copy of the written report in either Icelandic or English from the appropriate law enforcement agency investigating your case.
